Job Description
You will lead the IT department's strategic oversight & day-to-day management, ensuring the seamless operation & security of all information systems & services. This role includes managing IT infrastructure across all office and project locations.You will report into the COO & coordinate directly with other department heads to enhance technological capabilities that support construction and design services.

The Successful Applicant
Key Skills Required- Familiarity with CMMC or high security or high security requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in managing IT operations, and complex IT systems.
- 5+ of experience in IT management and support services.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Preferred certifications for this role include Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, ITIL® Foundation, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
- Experience supporting government contractors preferred.
