Experienced Solderer
Are you a careful, precision solderer with a great attitude and a love for electronics? We are currently looking for an experienced solderer to work on Military Electronics! Job Requirements:
- Experience
- Minimum 1-2 of hands-on soldering experience in electronics assembly or repair, preferably in military, aerospace, or medical device industries.
- Technical Skills
- Proficiency in through-hole, surface-mount (SMT), and fine-pitch soldering techniques.
- Experience working with soldering tools, microscopes, and hot-air rework stations.
- Certifications
- IPC J-STD-001 Certification or equivalent (preferred or required).
- Additional certifications in IPC-A-610, IPC-7711/7721, or MIL-STD soldering standards (a plus).

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities- Precision Soldering
- Perform fine-pitch soldering on circuit boards, wiring, and electronic components to meet military standards such as IPC J-STD-001 or MIL-STD-2000.
- Component Assembly
- Assemble and solder through-hole and surface-mount components following engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
- Inspection and Quality Assurance
- Inspect solder joints for quality and reliability using magnification tools, X-rays, or other inspection methods to identify defects such as cold solder joints, bridging, or voids.
