ITility is seeking an experienced, performance driven HR Management Analyst. The HR Management Analyst will work independently to provide detailed metrics capturing the readiness of the organization. This role involves compiling information and briefs for leadership to identify areas needing improvement, measuring mission success, and streamline processes.

The HR Management Analyst will also support awards, Task Management Tool (TMT) processes, and services to the HQDA CIO and DCS, G6 Mission Support Division located at Ft. Belvoir

Responsibilities:

  • Task Management:
  • Utilize the Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2) to manage, track, and route tasks and documents across the Department of Defense (DOD).
  • Assign tasks to individuals or teams, set deadlines, and include relevant details in ETMS2.
  • Monitor task progress, track task completion, and ensure timely completion.
  • Track metrics such as the number of tasks completed and the percentage of tasks completed on time.
  • Ensure tasks are routed to the appropriate individuals.
  • Work with the ETMS2 system to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Awards and Recognition:
  • Process various award actions, including retirement certificates, time in service certificates, Army Service Pins, Army Staff Badges, and honorary awards.
  • Track all award actions to ensure timely and accurate completion.
  • Ensure all awards and recognitions are submitted to the CIO and G-6 for the monthly town halls.
  • Training and Onboarding:
  • Schedule mandatory training, such as EEO, Anti-Harassment, and No Fear training, for all CIO and G-6 employees.
  • Create new training profiles for employees and maintain accurate training records.
  • Update training profiles, and remove departed and contractor employees, to ensure an accurate baseline for mandatory training.
  • Track and complete all training certificates for the CIO and DCS/G-6.
  • Plan and conduct Newcomers Orientation for the OCIO and G-6.
  • Work on the on-boarding program for the OCIO and G-6, and create the new employee onboarding checklist.
  • Parking Permits:
  • Monitor the Pentagon Parking Program.
  • Process actions for Pentagon parking, and issue actions for permanent Pentagon parking permits.
  • Understand and follow the process for applying for a parking permit using the Parking Management System (PMS).
  • Assist users with updating vehicle information for parking permits, including the use of DD1199 forms.
  • Understand the review and approval process for parking permits, involving the Central Processing Representative (CPR) and the PMO.
  • General Duties
  • Complete Additional Duty Memorandums for Records Coordinators.
  • Update policy memorandums for Training, Records Management, and PNT parking.
  • Create Tasking for the Hero of the Quarter.
  • Submit updated Town Hall Slides for the OCIO and G-6

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in business, finance, or related field required preferred.
  • Three to five years experience as an analyst, auditor, or similar role preferred.
  • Active Secret Clearance.
  • Experience using digital task management systems, specifically ETMS2.
  • Proficiency in tracking task metrics and ensuring timely task completion.
  • Knowledge of processing awards and recognitions.
  • Experience in scheduling and tracking mandatory training.
  • Familiarity with creating training profiles and maintaining training records.
  • Experience with employee onboarding processes.
  • Understanding of parking permit programs and processes.
  • Ability to use the Parking Management System (PMS).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to provide metrics and reports to leadership.
