Responsibilities:
- Accurately manage and enter data related to new employees
- Efficiently handle garnishment processes and other payroll-related tasks
- Maintain complete and up-to-date employee records
- Use HR software and specific tools like Paychex for various HR functions
- Handle direct deposit information accurately and confidentially
- Proactively engage in the growth and development of our HR department, contributing positively to the team
- Address and resolve any HR-related inquiries or issues
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Data Entry, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and speed.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Data entry and/or relevant administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills
