HR Manager
We are currently on the hunt for a stand-alone Bilingual Spanish/English Human Resources Manager for a direct-hire position in San Dimas. This exciting opportunity is with a well-established manufacturing and distribution company and works a fully on-site schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall HR functions, including but not limited to, onboarding, offboarding, recruiting, compliance, benefits, employee relations, and counseling.
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies, systems, and procedures.
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements.
- Support and manage a fair and consistent performance management program.
- Partner with leadership team to understand and execute the organization’s HR strategy.
Key Qualifications:
- Manufacturing or distribution industry experience.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Bachelor’s degree required, CA PHR preferred
- Hands-on demonstrable experience managing all facets of HR.
