The Attorney will handle various agreements from purchase and sale to vendor contracts to supplier agreements. The Attorney will draft, redline, and negotiate directly with customers. This is a client facing position with heavy drafting.

General counsel will mentor, train, and there is growth!

Salary is $130,000-$150,000 (DOE).
