Production Planner
Adecco is looking for a Production Planner in Peabody! This is a temp-to-hire role and it is ON-SITE.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM
Pay: $26-$28/hr DOE
Responsibilities:
- Interacting with customers, providing information in answer to inquiries about products, accounts and service.
- Perform collection, interpretation and recording of customer supplied data in accordance with company’s guidelines and standards.
- Quoting through ERP and customer data management in Salesforce.
- Sort and organize the data while maintaining electronic files of project records.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints, or special orders via email or phone.
- Coordinates production of printed materials per customer requirements, such as drawings, bill of materials and spare parts lists.
- Determines materials needed for job to ensure orders go into production.
- Other related duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of related customer service experience.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain records in a timely and accurate manner.
- Good decision making, communication and computer skills (ERP familiarity and MS Office Suite).
- Sound practical judgment of priorities. Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills.

Pay Details: $26.00 to $28.00 per hour
