As a Sr. Program Manager, Process Integration on the Amazon Business Services Selection and Availability team, you'll be responsible for ensuring that we have solid processes to engage with new and existing technologies across all of Amazon Business to enable our go-to-market efforts.
This high visibility role will require regular communication with business leaders, collaboration with tech and non-tech teams, and influence on partner team's operations. You will report on program performance to senior business leaders in regular business reviews.

You will work with Product and Tech teams to improve the bid response process and overall go-to-market efforts, define business requirements, and identify opportunities to drive efficiency in ongoing supply chain operations.

Key job responsibilities

This Sr. Program Manager is a single threaded owner of cross-team relationships with critical tech and program teams across Amazon; in partnership with these teams you unblock go-to-market efforts by creating scalable, repeatable processes that leverage emerging technologies.

You will translate customer insights into business requirements and advocate for the development of the right tools to support these requirements.

A day in the life

Day to day, you will work with key stakeholders across Amazon Business leading key workstreams related to availability, pricing, and catalog development. You will help bridge scaled, centralized solutions and technology with bespoke customer and supplier needs.

You will synthesize disparate quantitative and qualitative data to drive towards a higher service quality bar for our customers and help make sure that we put our best foot forward when responding to customers.

About the team

Amazon Business Services aims to provide the value-added services customers need to focus on their core businesses and offload operational burden. In 2024, we introduced Restock and are continuing to bolster our service offerings. We are looking for an experienced leader with a proven track record of delivering results while navigating cross team relationships.
We are a fast-growing team finding novel solutions to long standing problems for our customers. - 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience leading process improvements
  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • 2+ years of supply chain experience
  • 2+ years of vendor management experience
  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
  • Experience in B2B product and/or services sales and/or go-to-market enablement
  • Domain knowledge of MRO, JanSan, and/or Office Products
  • Comfortable working across time zones with remote and local teams

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
