We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee financial operations and risk management for our US and Canadian subsidiaries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, a comprehensive understanding of US and Canadian tax laws, and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Risk Management Systems:
- Establish and maintain comprehensive risk management frameworks, including:
- Accounts receivable risk management
- Finished product inventory management
- Warehouse accounting management
- Price management systems
- Identification and resolution of current legal risks
Tax Planning and Compliance:
- Oversee tax planning, daily tax reporting, and other tax management activities for all US subsidiaries.
Audit Management:
- Manage and coordinate local audit processes for US subsidiaries, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Legal Entity Account Management:
- Oversee the management of legal entity accounts for US subsidiaries.
Canadian Subsidiaries Accounting Management:
- Provide overall accounting oversight for Canadian subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with local financial regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification or equivalent professional qualification is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, including budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis.
- Strong understanding of US and Canadian tax laws and regulations.
- Proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across cultures and teams.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to facilitate communication with global stakeholders.
