Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operations of large distribution warehouses
- Manage warehouse procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity
- Ensure the accurate and timely processing of customer applications
- Maintain precise records of customer interactions and transactions
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Monitor customer accounts and implement appropriate actions as needed
- Implement warehouse management skills to enhance operational flow
- Utilize knowledge of Warehouse Distribution to improve practices
- Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the warehouse
- Collaborate with various teams to meet company objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations management
- Proficiency in warehouse distribution activities
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and procedures
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans for operational activity
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience in budget development and oversight
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
