Technical Sales Kitchen Refrigerator
Our client is seeking a motivated Kitchen Refrigerator Sales Manager to drive sales growth in the home appliance sector, focusing on premium kitchen refrigerators. The role involves leveraging product expertise and customer insights to achieve sales targets, build client relationships, and promote brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Execution & Client Management- Actively promote and sell kitchen refrigerators through direct customer engagement, in-store demonstrations, and digital platforms.
- Develop tailored solutions for residential and commercial clients (e.g., real estate developers, interior designers).
- Maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design localized promotions, campaigns, and events.
- Provide product knowledge training to retail partners and store staff.
- Address customer inquiries on refrigerator specifications (e.g., energy efficiency, smart features, capacity).
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and report progress to management.
- Track inventory levels and coordinate with logistics teams for timely delivery.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in refrigeration engineering or related fields.
- Experience: 3+ years in home appliance sales, preferably with kitchen appliances (refrigerators, freezers). Familiarity with major commercial refrigeration brands is a plus.
- Skills: Strong communication and negotiation abilities. Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time
- Salary: Competitive base salary + commission (monthly/quarterly bonuses). Total package ranges from $75,000 $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience
