Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment and recommendations for therapeutic interventions to support comfort and function of hospice patients
- Implement POC in conjunction with the interdisciplinary team
- Participates in ND Hospice's Interdisciplinary Team meetings, staff and community meetings.
- Participates in community and volunteer education programs.
- Comply with documentation standards per hospice protocol and procedure.
