$17-20/Hour-1st Shift Available 8am - 5pm M-F

Candidates must have at least 3 years administrative experience in a construction, manufacturing, or similar environment. Knowledge of QuickBooks, ERP Systems, and Project Management Software preferred.

Responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our construction/manufacturing operations. This role involves handling administrative tasks, coordinating project documents, and assisting with office management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with document management, including permits, contracts, and compliance records.
  • Process invoices, track expenses, and support basic accounting tasks.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communication between teams, vendors, and clients.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and maintain databases using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Support inventory management, purchase orders, and materials tracking.
  • Maintain organized records for projects, safety compliance, and HR documentation.
  • Handle office tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of administrative experience in construction, manufacturing, or a related industry.
  • strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks, ERP systems, or project management software is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
