• Ensuring the maintenance of precise customer credit records.

• Applying public accounting skills to enhance financial processes.
• Utilizing K1 experience for financial analysis and decision-making.
• Combining tax and audit experience to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Applying real estate knowledge where applicable, though not mandatory
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Certifications such as CFA or CPA are highly desirable.
• Previous experience in public accounting is essential.
• Comprehensive understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proficiency in financial software and databases.
