You'll ensure accurate revenue forecasting, leverage industry networking events, and uphold compliance with regulatory standards. This position reports directly to the VP of Business Development and offers substantial opportunities for professional growth and impact.
What You'll Do:
- Directly report to the VP of Business Development, and lead sales strategies across the East Coast from Maine to Florida, focusing on large health systems and Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs).
- Develop and execute comprehensive customer growth strategies, collaborating with C-suite executives to exceed revenue objectives.
- Engage in detailed market analysis to identify opportunities and threats, and use this information to guide customer mapping, relationship development, and strategic sales positioning.
- Act as a key leader in coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring exemplary customer service and response to complex issues with strategic solutions.
- Oversee project management related to customer relations, ensuring proactive resolution of potential escalations and maintaining responsibility for any key customer or program losses.
- Maintain a robust sales funnel, actively participate in sales meetings, and ensure accurate monthly revenue forecasting through diligent CRM documentation.
- Utilize networking opportunities at conferences and trade shows to build industry relationships and stay ahead of market trends.
- Manage sales-related administrative tasks efficiently within the assigned budget, demonstrating strong planning, organization, and time management skills.
- Uphold the highest standards of safety, health, and quality compliance in alignment with company and regulatory expectations.
- Perform any additional duties as deemed necessary by the VP of Business Development to support the strategic goals of the organization.
What You’ll Need:
- At least 5 years of high-level sales experience in healthcare systems, preferably with a strong background in imaging services.
- Required educational background includes a bachelor’s degree; a master’s degree is preferred.
- Proven ability to manage extensive travel and work flexibly and remotely.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to engage effectively with C-suite executives.
- Proficient in planning, organization, and time management.
