Overview:
The Senior Brand Manager will help heighten Cambrooke’s reputation in the market by developing strong analytic, strategic, and creative capabilities to grow our future in therapeutic nutrition. You will be responsible for building out the annual business plan, managing the master brand and sub brands’ visual identities, developing and implementing Health Care Professional and consumer communication.We need someone who is dedicated to enhancing the overall brand communication – developing compelling storytelling that drives consumer and HCP engagement. The Senior Brand Manager will also lead innovation/renovation projects that are extensions of our current brands.
The role will work closely with cross functional colleagues in Sales, Social Media, Ecommerce, Creative Services, International Marketing, R&D and Innovation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, public relations, business, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 6+ years of Brand Management experience
- 4+ years of experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods or HealthCare related industry.
- Professional, self-starter that has demonstrated leadership, planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent visionary, strategic and courageous leadership skills
- An ability to drive innovation and brand growth
- Strong analytical thinking, ability to analyze data and present results
- Ability to develop consumer-based strategies.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point.
- Strong communication skills
Working Conditions / Physical Requirements:
WORKING CONDITIONS:This position typically works in an office environment, but duties may occasionally need to be performed in the food manufacturing environment that requires the ability to adhere to all GMP, Food Safety, workplace safety and security policies including wearing required personal protective equipment, as well hair net, beard net, etc.
as required. The Senior Brand Manager is a full-time salaried position with standard working hours, Monday through Friday.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:- Ability to use a computer, keyboard, telephone, and other tools required for the role.
- Ability to work in a seated position for up to 8 hours a day.
Responsibilities:
- Develop consumer specific strategies to increase brand visibility, review and track performance, and communicate results.
- Support coordination with marketing and sales teams in development and implementation of business plans.
- Understand customer/patient insights and execute marketing tactics that will grow the brand and profitably.
- Helps lead marketing plan execution including packaging, sales material, digital content development, trade shows, etc.
- Lead development of communications campaign from ideation through execution. Partner with Regulatory and Medical Affairs to blend scientific and consumer focused messages.
- Work with Sales Team to ensure successful implementation and execution of programs
- Manage annual brand budget to support financial objectives and coordinating with Finance team on brand P&L management.
- Leadership and development of new innovation initiatives to support our base brands. (flavor, format, pack size extensions).
- Other duties as assigned.
