Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer payments and provide detailed bill explanations
- Handle inbound calls and manage service requests
- Process checks and credit card payments
- Manage customer service email communications
- Provide sales support and handle seasonal scheduling
- Perform office management duties
- Support executive tasks including travel arrangements and schedule management
