Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer payments and provide detailed bill explanations
  • Handle inbound calls and manage service requests
  • Process checks and credit card payments
  • Manage customer service email communications
  • Provide sales support and handle seasonal scheduling
  • Perform office management duties
  • Support executive tasks including travel arrangements and schedule management
