• Oversee all accounting functions within the company
• Regularly handle accounts payable and receivable
• Manage auditing processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Utilize accounting software systems for efficient financial management
• Employ ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning in managing company resources
• Ensure the accuracy of customer credit records
• Take appropriate action on customer accounts when necessary
• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Conduct billing functions as required
• Work with MS Great Plains Dynamics for financial data management. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role as a Controller
• Proficient in Accounting Software Systems
• Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
• Comprehensive knowledge of accounting functions
• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Proven experience in auditing
• Ability to handle billing functions efficiently
• Proficiency in MS Great Plains Dynamics
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Must have a proactive approach and a positive attitude
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local financial legal requirements.
