ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Type of Position: This position is eligible for overtime and double time.
Salary Range
Salary Range noted here includes the Correctional Facilities5% hourly premium: 9,708.35 -12,770.26 Semimonthly (
$233,000.40-306,486.24 per year).
Additional Compensation
Correctional Facilities Premium: Receive a 5% hourly premium.
As a newly hired Psychiatrist you will receive:
$20,000 retention incentive after (1) one year of continuous regular employment.
$20,000 retention incentive after (2) two years of continuous regular employment.
$20,000 retention incentive after (3) three years of continuous regular employment.
All retention incentive bonuses are based on FTE (0.8 FTE and higher will not be prorated) . This retention incentive is taxable, and all regular payroll taxes will be withheld.
